The purpose of these terms is not only legal coverage, but also practical boundaries that protect you and the community using the app.

By using the app, you confirm that you have the legal capacity required to use the service and that your use will not violate laws or the fundamental rights of others.

If local law in your region requires additional conditions for using this kind of service, you are responsible for meeting them. We also reserve the right to refuse or stop any use that we believe creates risk for the platform or its users.

We follow a "privacy first" principle. We do not collect a traditional public identity for the core experience, and we do not rely on standard social identity patterns inside the product.

However, anonymity does not allow abusive or illegal activity. In serious situations that legally require it, we may cooperate with the appropriate authorities under applicable law.

You remain responsible for anything you post, share, or promote in the app, even if the experience appears anonymous to other users. You are also responsible for not using the service to impersonate a person, place, authority, or event.

WhisprApp is intended for local, anonymous expression that does not damage the experience or threaten safety. Your use of the app must stay consistent with that purpose.

• Use the service for expression, discovery, or discussion, not for organizing harm, harassment, or defamation.
• Do not post misleading content that suggests an urgent threat, incident, or public danger if that is not true.
• Do not use repetition, high-volume posting, or near-identical messages in ways that disrupt the experience for others.
• Do not attempt to bypass moderation, abuse reporting systems, or repost content after enforcement action.

Content that threatens safety, breaks the law, or damages the experience is strictly forbidden. Clear examples include:

• Hate speech, harassment, or bullying in any form.
• Explicit sexual or exploitative content.
• Threats of violence or encouragement of self-harm or harm to others.
• Publishing personal information about other people without permission.
• Promotion of drugs or illegal activity.
• Blackmail, impersonation, stalking facilitation, or targeted intimidation.
• Content containing direct instructions for harm, sabotage, or unlawful evasion.
• Spam, repetitive abuse, advertising, or unwanted commercial content.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

We may provide tools to report content or behavior that violates these terms. Those tools must be used in good faith and not as a method of retaliation, disruption, or harassment.

Reports may be reviewed based on priority, context, and potential severity. We may remove content, reduce its visibility, or request additional review before making a final decision. We also reserve the right not to take the exact action a reporter expects if the content does not violate the rules.

If you violate these terms, we may take one or more actions depending on the nature, repetition, and severity of the violation:

• Remove content, reduce its visibility, or stop it from being distributed.
• Temporarily limit features or restrict access.
• Permanently suspend access to the app or parts of it.
• Retain limited internal technical records related to the violation to protect the service from repeated abuse.

Where there is a serious safety concern or a clear legal issue, we may take additional action permitted or required by law.

WhisprApp depends on geolocation to show nearby messages and connect parts of the experience to place. This is a core part of the service, not a secondary add-on.

We use location data for that purpose and do not build a permanent movement history from normal use of the product.

You are responsible for ensuring that enabling location and using the service is allowed on your device and within your legal or regulatory environment. Some functions of the app may be reduced if location access is disabled.

We may update the app, adjust features, or change how parts of the service work for performance, safety, compliance, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available in the same form, in every region, or on every device.

We may also suspend, redesign, or permanently discontinue some parts of the service if technical, legal, or operational circumstances require it.

The WhisprApp name, branding, software design, interface, and service elements belong to their owners or licensors. They may not be copied, reused, or imitated in ways that suggest ownership, endorsement, or partnership without permission.

You remain responsible for the content you post, but you grant us the technical permission needed to host, display, process, review, and moderate that content within the service as necessary to operate and protect the product.

You may stop using the app at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service or parts of it when needed to protect the community, comply with law, or prevent abuse.

Ending access does not necessarily remove continuing obligations that survive by nature, including restrictions related to abuse, intellectual property, and limits of liability.

The app is provided "as is". We aim for a stable and safe experience, but we do not guarantee that all user-posted content is accurate, appropriate, or free from error. We also do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation at all times.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your reliance on user-generated content, service interruptions, or restricted access to the product.

Your use of the app means understanding that responsibility for engaging with content begins with the user, while we remain committed to moderation, reporting, and enforcement within the operating scope and technical limits of the service.
